Tolland Conservation Commission

Opened at 6:35
RDA – Kemmler - 67 Lakeview Lane. Applicant seeks to remove 4 trees within 100 feet of reservoir. Pictures were submitted of trees to be removed. Discussion on a cluster of three of which only one was to be removed. Project was given a negative determination meaning no impact on resource area. All in favor.
Commission reviewed and signed COC for School House Rd replication. Letter was received by environmental monitor and filed.
Discussion on starting early it was agreed by the present members we would start at 5:30PM instead of 6:30 PM.
